Welcome to LootPlay Arena. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LootPlay Arena mobile application and website. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration

To access the gameplay and withdrawal systems, you must register a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2. In-App Currency & Coin Economy

LootPlay Arena operates a simulated game coin economy:

  • Coins: Virtual items earned by winning bot matches, claiming daily attendance check-ins, or watching promotional videos.
  • Welcome Bonus: Registered players receive 400 welcome coins upon creating a new verified profile.
  • Value: For cash-out purposes, 100 coins carry a conversion value of ₹1.00 INR. This value is subject to change at the sole discretion of the system administrators.
  • In-app coins are non-transferable between users and carry no intrinsic cash value outside of the official redemption channels.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating

We enforce a strict fair play policy to protect our player community. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of modifications, automated bots, scripts, or third-party hacks to manipulate match outcomes.
  • Exploiting software bugs or registry loops to earn infinite coins or ad rewards.
  • Registering multiple accounts using temporary email addresses to harvest the 400 welcome coins bonus repeatedly.

Failure to comply with our fair play standards will result in immediate account suspension, coin balance forfeiture, and rejection of all pending withdrawals.

4. Withdrawal & Cash-out Requests

Users can submit withdrawal requests to convert accumulated game coins into real cash equivalents under the following parameters:

  • Minimum Limit: The current minimum cash-out threshold is set to 500 coins (₹5.00 INR value).
  • Channels: Payments are processed via UPI ID, Direct Bank Transfer (IMPS), or Google Play Redeem Cards.
  • Verification Time: All payouts go through manual system auditing to check for game-log manipulations. Approved transactions are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
  • If a withdrawal request is rejected due to administrative checks, the coin balance will be refunded back to the player's wallet.

5. Limitation of Liability

LootPlay Arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operations of our games. We shall not be liable for any losses of game data, coins, or failed cash transfers caused by client-side internet disruptions or device hardware failures.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions or the virtual coin conversion parameters at any time. Your continued use of the app after such updates constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
