  • Transaction & Payout details: UPI IDs, Bank Account Numbers, bank holder names, bank names, and IFSC codes. This data is collected solely when you submit a withdrawal request.
  • Usage Data: Virtual coin balances, daily ad count tracking timestamps, and game logs (scores, entry fees, and win/loss records).

2. Data Storage & Local Persistence

To provide a completely functional serverless experience, LootPlay Arena handles data storage locally on your device or browser:

  • Mobile App: All credentials, match logs, and coins are saved in the device's local memory using `@react-native-async-storage/async-storage`.
  • Website & Admin Panel: Uses the browser's native `localStorage` keys to persist active session indicators and dashboard mock configurations.
  • We do not transmit your login passwords or payment details to any external third-party marketing databases.

3. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used exclusively to support core app features, including:

  • Authenticating your user logins.
  • Tracking and crediting coin rewards for won matches and ad views.
  • Processing cash payouts directly to your selected UPI, Bank, or Email.
  • Generating charts and analytics in the Admin Panel to monitor system health and detect cheating behavior.

4. Third-Party Ads Simulation

The Watch & Earn section plays simulated, client-side video clips to mock ad providers. We do not integrate native, tracking-heavy SDKs from third-party advertising brokers (like Google AdMob or Unity Ads) in our core client application. Thus, your search habits and phone profiles are not tracked for ad-targeting purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement standard encryption methods to shield storage inputs. We advise users not to share their passwords or transaction references with anyone. System admins will never ask you for your account passwords.

6. Right to Delete (Account Deletion)

You possess full ownership of your data. You can delete your account permanently at any time by navigating to your **Profile Screen** in the app, tapping **Delete Account**, and typing `DELETE` to confirm. This instantly wipes all your registration credentials, match files, wallet balances, and withdrawal records from local memory permanently.
